Hi, I am Faris – a music professional specialising in music production and sound design. 

I began composing and recording when I was 15 and have been experimenting with new instruments and sounds ever since.  Through the experimentation of my ideas, I found a passion for making my music. I went on to obtain a degree in Commercial Music Production from the University of Chester and a Modern Musician Certificate from the Berklee College of Music, enhancing my sound design and production techniques even further. 

Currently, I work from my custom-built studio in Scotland, surrounded by a multitude of instruments – guitars, keyboards a few Middle-Eastern musical instruments and more. I have access to a large database of specialist musicians available to complement my work with additional instruments if needed.

Over the past decade, I have taken my music from an organised hobby to a professional production level. I work with recording artists, scoring for different visual mediums and other clients to help create and fulfil their musical visions, and I also have my releases. I love all kinds of music and have a passion for making lots of it – from Rock to Electronic and everything in between.

My music reflects the broad range of my interests, from film scoring, and classical music to traditional Arabic tunes, with elements of each influencing my work. I intend to create music that stands out, is instantly identifiable and speaks to your emotions.
